Convert on Pin?

Hey guys! I am looking at a campaign and it says "Convert on Pin Submit". What does that mean? Thanks

It's a mobile offer... Basically once the user goes through the offer and then gets to the screen where they enter their cell phone number, they are then sent a "PIN" via SMS to their cell phone. The landing page then asks for the PIN #. Once the user enters the PIN the conversion occurs and you are credited.
