But here goes again... What is your best way to build a list using Paid traffic?

    Send "paid traffic" to a well crafted squeeze page that offers a free gift/tips and tricks/free information the target audience can not resist in exchange for their name and email...

      That I do know. But what paid traffic? PPV? Google adwords? any other options?

        Any one of them. They all work if you set them up the right way.

          Yep, it doesnt really matter where your traffic is coming from, as long as you can get the traffic for less than you will make off it, you are golden.

          -The more targeted the list the better
          -The better the incentive, the better
          -The more you incubate your list the better
          -Split test your squeeze pages

          You can also use free traffic. People build trmendous list sizes with free traffic as well...its a bit trickier to get targeted lists so they will tend to convert less, but hey, its free traffic so who cares!

    The traffic source you use is just pure preference really.

    It depends on where your skills lie - and your niche to a point.

    I prefer to build email lists with PPV - but there's not enough volume there in some of the really obscure niches.

    As KC-Coop said, it depends on your skills...

    However, if you want to build a list and don't do anything else it can be expensive. The best you can do is to promote CPA offers using opt-in pages and autoresponder series. If you at least break-even (I wouldn't do anything without a decent ROI, but...) you will be building a list without spending thousands.
