question about traffic

Hi guys,
I've just got a question about traffic location.

Lots of offers require only US, or UK or CA traffic. But their offer could be purchased ( done) from other country.

for instance, a sale offer only needs US traffic. but A Canadian also could purchase that product. CA traffic is not allowed though, what if a Canadian use proxy or VPN or something like that, to get a US IP address and then do that purchase?

Will this sale or leads be charged back?

That's a much better question for your AM than for this forum.

"CA traffic is not allowed" - that's the key point in your post...

If the ADV has specified that they wont / don't accept traffic from a specific country (this should obviously be conveyed to you, with extra terms in the offer or by your AM)...then the result from my experiences is going to be removal of the leads...

Also be aware that every advertiser is going to respond differently so your best bet is to double check with the network before doing anything....

        Best of Luck.
