Tough call. I have been int he position where I wasn't particularly fond of my AM but never had to change. Its probably going to be a little tricky so tread carefully. I can see how parties can easily be offended.

Perhaps try and stick it out?? I could be wrong, wish I had better advice.

I deal with this all the time....first of all don't feel weird or hesitation about going to a network and asking for this...AM's have hundreds, thousands of accounts, it would be ignorant to think each publisher is going to vibe and work well with the AM they are working with...everyone has a different way of working, communicating, ETC...and you would be surprised at the AM's reactions when they find out a publisher is moving to another AM, it's not that serious i promise you...unless you're doing some big numbers of course

What i would do though is contact the person managing the account manager because that's the person who will speak to your current AM and re-assign you...when reaching out i would specify why you are requesting this change, how it will benefit you and the network, and how you like to work or what you're looking for in regards to your ideal AM...

      Best of Luck.

i actually want to change AM with my ad network. I ask her questions in emails and they are rather vague. Slow response time and doesnt really seem to interested.

Good advice Copeac Stephen. I didnt realize this happened so frequently. I have always bit the bullet and sucked it up, which is probably a mistake on my part.

I would imagine if you approach it with a positive attitude, tone, and voice the network will be much more accommodating than if you approach it like a sour grape though!
