List Building With PPV ???

Hi everyone was just wondering if anyone here had any kind of success with building lists with PPV .

My main thought is what are people seeing as a good optin rate, now I know the landing page is going to affect it and the niche and the relevance of the traffic, but lets just imagine I have a landing page that converts at 30-50% on PPC and the urls I target are targeted.

would you see 2%+ optin as an achievable goal this is bearing in mind im paying $0.01 a view so $0.50 per optin or lower is my goal.

Would love to hear from people who have already had experience with this

    where are you going to pay .01 for a view? No one must be bidding those sites/kw, or youre so far down the list that youre hardly getting any traffic.

    Please do not listen to carpetmuncher, not making any assumptions but if you know a bit about PPV, you can build a list from 10% optin rates and .01 ppv.


    Niche will not affect this much, your lander/copy will determine the biggest area of optin rate. Don't overlook the design much, sometimes ugly works.

      I don't have experience with PPV, but if it's true it can be very lucrative. I build lists with PPC and make money while doing this because I promote CPA offers with autoresponder series.

      If I can get profitable paying $0.70+ per subscriber I think that I'm leaving money on the table by not getting subscribers for $0.10. Will definetely get more info about this...

    I am a member over at PPVPlaybook and a lot of guys over there reckon DirectCPV is good for list building because they use full page interstitials.

      Nice one thats what Im using just finishing my auto responder today then gonna give it a crack got about 1300 URL's so just testing and tuning it up

    Yes, this is a great way to make money with ppv (and list building)

      Right started campaign, am rotating 2 landing pages, all the tracking is set up and half the auto responder is done to be finished tonight, so fingers crossed feeling good about this guys will keep this thread updated with my results
