Lazy Profits Network need help QUICK!

Hey Warriors!
Iam in need of some quick info about Lazy Profits CPA network. I need to know: Do I absolutely NEED to send them the tax form if Iam international (not USA)?

    Most networks will ask you to fill out a tax form. I'm from Brazil and needed to do it for the vast majority of my networks.

    Every legitimate network will make you send them a tax form. The reason why is because you're working with them as an individual contractor. You're earning money through the networks that the networks are not responsible to claim on their taxes (since they're sending you the money -- which you should be claiming on your tax forms).

    Phil is correct - we all have to send out tax forms so that we don't have to pay taxes on the money that we sent out to you.

    After we send the forms - it's up to you to pay taxes however they work in your own country.

    Phil makes a great point there, if the network that you are working with isn't asking you for tax information be careful that they're not a rookie fly by night network going to close down and run away with everyones money. It happens all to often in this industry and it's painful for a lot of people!

    This is Craig Snyder, I manage the network over at Lazy Profits and we do indeed require you to fill out a tax form.

    I see you're a new affiliate who was recently approved, great. If you check the Support > Q&A pages and Snapshot > Guidelines page, you'll get all the information you need regarding payouts and tax forms. We'll accept your W9 or W-8BEN by email directly to your AM or fax.

    Well I contacted my AM and he said I don't need to fill it out - it's for US only. So I guess problem solved. Thanks for all the help thoe :-)

      Correct. You don't have to fill out a W9, because you're outside the US.
      You do, however, have to fill out a W-8BEN.

    I am sure they should not ask W8/W9 tax form as they are not a USA company .
