Creating CPA Network?

I know this has been posted several times, but it's impossible to search through all the threads here

I would like suggestions and advices from actual network owners... Also, I remember William posting a complete tutorial on it, but I can't find it either.

I also know that starting a CPA network isn't easy, and I plan to start off very small by using it as a site to keep track of my offline partners' progress (using JTComer's offline method) and as the user database grows bigger and I get some interested advertisers, I will slowly adapt it to a CPA network.

Probably another member posted the tutorial... but I didn't. I have never been a network owner or advertiser, so my comments are more on the affiliate side.

Anyway, as you said, there are many similar threads on this forum, and I think that you will find at least 2 or 3 if you go until page 5.

Long Story short, if your planning on starting a "real" network and plan on doing it right, you will need to make sure you have several things, here's a brief list:

    1. Start up capital - I think the general idea is min of $100,000
    2. Staff - need to have your AM's ready, trained, etc - Accountants too, etc
    3. Business Proposal - you need to treat this seriously, you need to know how your going to grow, etc
    4. Connections - Need to make sure your in with other network owners and affiliates
    5. Tracking Platform - HasOffers doesn't cut it

That's just the basics - the list can go way on

Right on. Starting "real" network is not that easy. But if you just want to get your feet wet, hasoffers is your way to go.

Thanks for the opinions guys! I'm not technically going to start off as a CPA network, but I'm hoping to expand to that point eventually. I'm probably going to start off as an offer directory for my local clients to choose from.

Also, I don't know the secret behind advertisers login, so can anyone help elaborate the details in which I have to include?

** Pages, what to put on the pages, and etc. ** or if some network owner want to help me by letting me do a demo on an advertiser accnt, that'll be really awesome.

No matter how small your network will be, the dedication and time you put into it will be great, and you must have a lot of startup capital, do agree with Chris on that.

Dont worry guys... I won't be a competitor until I build my capital :"3

It will act as just a tracking system for my offline clients.

Basically , if you want to create a good cpa network , you have to be generous and have a fat budget . You gonna have to dedicate all your time and money on to the project and be aware of the risk involved . A cpa network is a business and 9 our of 10 business's fail keep that in mind and you'll be ok

There are too many CPA networks out there. Very few that are of any actual quality. I wouldn't waste my time trying to re-invent the wheel....
