Is there a list someplace of CPA networks that do instant payment? I looked but could find any. I thought someone here would know.

  I think most of "paydotcom.com"s offers pay directly to paypal. That's about as close as you'll get to "instant" payment.

  rapbank and payspree pay instantly but are not CPA...

Any CPA network that did this would be out of business quickly. There are too many people trying to game the system with junk clicks and leads.

I've never heard of this, there's a reason - there is so much behind the scenes stuff it's not funny.. so far the best i've seen are networks like ewa who pay weekly (others will but at certain thresholds)

  I've heard of networks paying daily. You would probably have to be worth it to them though in order to be approved.

Networks can do a Net 15 or a Net 7 if you're doing decent volumes. Instant payments are almost unheard of. In any case, talking to your AM helps.

  Peerfly has a daily payment option (with some fee).
  
  YeahCPA can pays daily as well (only for part of their offers)
  
  EWA and Wolf Storm Media will pay you weekly from day 1 which is awesome.
