Hello, i need advice here.

The situation is like this, i got accepted by CPA network, about last year, but since then i didn't do anything until last month ( which is my month also to joined this lovely forum ).

From that month, i decided to bring traffic to CPA offer, so far, i already made good money (but still haven't checked my money).

The problem is, i feel i lost my way, when i first try to offer a product or two, i feel easy to go, i just feel, ok if i don't get anything it's just my start.

But after i generate good money from CPA, i'm starting to wonder, since i use paying method to generate traffic, i don't want to waste my money just to find or "feel" what offers that perform well..

So i contacted my affiliate manager, about 2 or 3 times since 3 weeks ago and last week, but he didn't respond to my message.. so what should i do?

Thank you?

Try another company and tell them that you are doing PPC and would like to have an Affiliate Manager that cares and helps.

It's definitely not good that your account manager isn't getting back to you. It is advisable anyways, to belong to multiple cpa networks; so you may want to research some more networks that meet your needs, and make sure they have account managers who are active and supportive.

Why is it advisable to have multiple networks? I have a hard time managing all the offers on just 2. Wish there was a software to manage CPA Accounts/Offers! But if you have one or two good ones that should be enough no?

Actually there is a manager for all your networks and offers. It's Tracking202. Free PPC Affiliate Tracking Software | Tracking202

As far as more networks, it exposes you to different offers, different reporting, different conversion rates, different account managers, different payment options, different resources, ect, ect.

I figured all those things, but I actually thought of it as a bad thing. I guess it's all about perspective. I really don't like so many different differences, it slows me down. :p

Thanks for the software links! They will come in handy I'm sure, because I hate managing my offers manually!

Well there no doubts you will send most all of your traffic to the few you prefer, but by working with many, you can learn which few you really do prefer. Some may surprise you.
And yes, you're still keeping your options open; even if you keep it simple.

As it has been mentioned above , it is always advisable to join multiple CPA networks so as to be on a safe side .

@onemind , @CPApromoter : Thanks for your advice, i really need to consider for joining other network then. I just need to take my first money here, a little more to generate (around $50) then i will able to ask my money transfered to me.

@Mike Morgan : Yes, i will definitely try to join other network, but i have difficulties join other network, i try to join some network, but they direct denied my, some network told me that they don't receive affiliate from Indonesia, they say there are many fraud lead from my country, very sad... since i'm doing this as real business, i don't do any fraud or so...

But i'll try again to apply...

Oh i've read your WSO, it's very good, but my capital is not enough to try PPV, maybe after i got my first money from CPA (which is good enough to try PPV) i will contact you soon.

Another question from me: is it possible or is it actually what they (CPA network) do? whenever they think their affiliate doesn't do anything to offer their offers then they will abandon their affiliate? (i really want to have good connection with my AM, since now i really know how hard to find good offers).. yes that's true, i have been using T202 since i bought Mike Morgan's WSO, but still it's far more better to know which offer that perform well from my AF.

ryodante - To answer the last question you brought up about AM's not caring about their publishers if the publisher doesn't pick up an offer and begin generating...You experience is going to vary depending on the network / affiliate manager...i know it's a simple answer but its the truth...AM's make a good chunk of money based of commissions that publishers make so i think it would be naive of us to think AM's arent going to focus most of their time and effort on those that are generating volume...I'm not saying that's the right thing to do but it's the nature of how many networks are setup...

You want an account manager that is going to provide good feedback regarding the right offers to run...I don't know how many networks you belong to but if you approach new networks, a good question to ask during the interview process is if any of the account managers do affiliate marketing themselves...those AM's that do this may be in tune with whats working out there compared to an AM that doesn't do affiliate marketing...

Diversity is always a good thing. If one network closes or bans you, you'll need to have other places to send your traffic right away.

IMO, having responsive affiliate managers that really know their stuff is very important. So I recommedn you to start working with another company. There are many networks out there. Take a look on the following site: www.affiliatepaying.com.
