    Hi cpagirl,

So it sounds like you are on a shared hosting/e-mail plan and the IP of your host has been listed on one of the Spamhaus block lists, and this is through no fault of your own or no activity perpetrated by you. Is this correct?

If so, you can go through the channels, find out the IP's that you are hosted on and try to submit them for removal. This is usually a lot easier in theory than in practice. I've dealt with customers who were listed on various black lists, often through no fault of their own, and these were self-hosted companies. Some of the removal procedures are just painful.

In any case, try to get the IP's (you can contact your hoster, or I can list some methods you could use as well if you can't get a hold of them), and submit them for removal. Is this a recent development? Do you have a lot invested there, or can you change your hosting account?
