    Hi

There is one important thing here.

The offer could be valid in a certain country,
and you live in another country.

This way, you will NOT see the offer, but people who live in the offer country will.

But you will see another offer which is valid in your country!

What Hilal says is completely right, some offers only accept traffic from certain countries and will therefore only show up to veiwers from those countries.
If it registers your ip as being from an outside country then it will usually redirect to a generic offer.

You can ensure the page is correct and working by viewing it via a proxy.

Yes but would it not then make sense to display an ad based on the IP. As otherwise people all of the world are seeing ONE ad yet only people with a certain ip see the related site to that ad, all other people see a completely different site. It makes no sense

It would be better to serve up and display 2 ads based on ips and then that way a person is not clicking through thinking that ad is for them

        Hi Roley

The process usually starts by the advertiser.

Assume an advertiser wants his products to appear only in USA.

Then CPA network ties these products by IPs for USA people.

To be good for the publisher (affiliates), and the CPA networks, they put a stand by (another) offer to be viewed in any other country (Not USA) in this case, why?

CPA networks want themselves and their publishers to not lose money from this traffic which comes by the publisher.

They try to find the most related offer to show, but if there is no a related one, they show anything else, with a hope the visitor may be interested in the generic offer (like USA green cards, or something else).

This is better than nothing from their opinion!
