Is this the best?

Sorry, I realized that the title may be misleading.

I have recently accepted a campaign, it seems like a really good campaign, it was reccomended to me by my Affiliate Manager. It is an Email Submit offer about getting a free ipad, I would post the link but I'm not sure if that's allowed. I'm having trouble getting traffic to the offer because I don't have enough time to make videos or write articles. I was thinking about outsourcing this. Somebody reccomended me to Animoto where you upload files or a powerpoint and it will turn it into a video. One problem, this computer doesn't have powerpoint so now it goes back to me not having enough time to make videos. I recently came across this post:

I was wondering which would be the best choice in this thread? Keep in mind that I don't have a website or a squeeze page/landing page for this offer, I'm linking the traffic straight to the offer. Would backlinks help even if it's going straight to my offer? It doesn't have a real domain it's www.mb01.com/****?=sh***** etc.

My question: In the thread above, which would be the best choice to get traffic directly to my offer without a website?
