CPV - is this legal?

I was wondering when setting up a landing page for a CPV offer if it is legal to make your landing page the same color as the target URL and using a header like...

"Congratulations Website.com Visitor" or something similar.

What are your thoughts on this? Is including a disclaimer on the bottom of the landing page saying you are not affiliated with the target site enough?

I'd love to hear what you guys think!

    im not a lawyer but as far as i know this is fine and many cpv marketers use this technique with great success

    I'm no lawyer either, but I believe that as long as you don't useany trademarked content (such as copying the logo) then you should be ok.

    guys, there is a BIG different between what you think and what actually happen
    If you make a landing page with colors like the target page, well it's ok
    but domain, logos belong to them, if you use that in your lander, you violate the law
    but, do you know why people still do it? Because no one bother to track those guys down and make them pay

    I think your good here. We had some people doing this and adding logos.. that was not OK. but using colors should be fine for our network.

    I dont see any problem in this, you will have to do this to get high CTR else you will lose your money.
