Adscend Media is down

Hi folks,
it seems to me that (at least) last 6 hours Adscend is down. I'm trying to log in, but I can't, trying to check my offers and they are not available.

Does anyone know reason for this, because I'm losing my patience slowly (and I'm losing money also)?

    This is nothing new with Adscend. They have been having server problems on and off for quite some time. It's a shame because I really like using them. They done a really good job on renewing their interface and I though they would have also fixed their server issues with their new look and layout. Apparently not.

    I just logged in no problem. I remember one of the Adscend folks came here and posted something about that if you login track your stats then your IP could conflict with their server or something like that. I didn't quite understand exactly what he meant. But things might not be working from your end but could be working fine on ohter computers.

      I know what that means, but that is not case here. I'm assuming that they have some attacks on them because I could log in 2 min ago, but few second later everything went down again.

          Hey,

          The site definitely has not been down today (or anytime recently). If you give me your IP address I can see if the firewall has blocked it.

    Hey,
    OK, I know the issue. Our IP changed last night and the DNS was updated to reflect the new IP. It takes a bit of time for DNS to propagate across the world. Some places update faster than others -- we never saw any downtime ourselves, but we often see people from the middle east or asia not be able to reach the site for a day or so.
    It's possible that the DNS change has propagated to your ISP but that the old IP is cached on your system. If you open a Command Prompt within Windows and type:
    ipconfig /flushdns
    That will force your computer to check the current DNS info.
    If this doesn't solve the issue for you though, you'll need to wait until the DNS update reaches your ISP's DNS server.

    its ok here too. but i also face this problem sometimes. sometimes they says problem loading the page, connection time out etc. i think its due to their maintainance.
