Do all your 20 sites are placed with adsense ads? If yes then do not apply for CPA. Use adsense, its ok, but be careful........

Do not click your ads placed on your sites

your account will be banned. Be careful, mate

LOL, I think he knows it very clearly, because he has been using Adsense successfully for the last year.

If you say that you have 20 websites then it should be easy for you to get in to many CPA networks. Just list a few of them and you'll be good to go. I wouldn't worry about taking off your ads... just leave them there.

I would pick your most visited sites (2-3) and put those in your application.

I would definitely leave your adsense ads on your site as it shows them you already know how to monetize a site. In the comments section explain that you are going to split test their offers and AdSense to see which is more profitable.

I wouldn't think you would need to remove your adsense ads as long as your site has good content. You could even state in your application that the adsense ads on the site get a good CTR and you will be replacing them with relevant offers from their network. Check out MAX BOUNTY, they accepted me before I was getting traffic or had any content, I just explained my plan for selling their clients offers.

You would not even need to remove adsense. You can do both without a problem.

Personally I would leave the adsense on there, it shows that you are able to create sites that generate viewers and that you know how to monetise these views.
All points that a CPA network would be looking for in your application.

    Good luck.

To answer your question in more detail, there is no limit on the amount of networks/advertisements that you run on any given site. However, you do still want the site to remain appealing to your consumers while still having the ability to monetize which means you need to figure out a balance of what works best for your sites.
