Hi,

I apologize if this is covered somewhere else but I have been trying to read through the forums and seems like everyone is trying to sell a get rich quick scheme.

Basically I am new the marketing and need some advise.

I am creating a site that offers a service and will be supported through ads. I expect to be bringing in at least 5k unique visitors a day when it is up and running and will be working to constantly grow it to a target of 50k + a day.

Essentially the site will be ad supported but I am not sure what is the best way to go. I know about google adwords but am wondering what people recommend in terms of CPM (pay per thousand views?) and CPC.

What are typical pay outs for these options. I have looked into some affiliate marketing as well but what could I expect to see if I were just making money by displaying banner ads, or possibly those ad pages you have to watch in between browsing pages?

Please do not offer me coaching or any product to buy, if you could just offer some honest advise it would be more than appreciated.

Thanks for the help.

        Thank you for the response.

Do you know what typical payouts are for adwords? Is it like $1 per 1000 or something? Also excuse my ignorance but is CPA network just an affiliate network where you are paid per click. Do you have an example of what they pay, any type of site example is fine.

          Hi Stos,

Correct me if I am wrong. Is this about you displaying other people's ad on your site and you charging for it? If so you can try Pepperjam. They pay better than adsense. Applying as their affiliate is a must to begin but they have human reviewers to review your site before letting you in.
I read about pepperjam on IAHBE: Welcome to the IAHBE!

If it asks you to login first, PM me and I will arrange the article on MS - words for you.

I hope this helps. If what I say is not related to your question, please ignore this post.
