AD NETWORKS

Is that the right abbreviation?

What I want is when a visitor clicks a link on my site an advertisement is shown or opened in another page. :confused:

Cost per impression, often abbreviated to CPM for Cost per thousand impression.

"when a visitor clicks a link" - i think it's CPC (cost per click)

CPX, Burstmedia, ValueMedia, Casalemedia, Tribalfusion, 24/7media.... All are great, but if your site don't generate heavy traffic, don't even bother with them

Thanks everyone! I guess cost per click is closer to what I'd want then cost per impression. Just trying to find an ad network that will open an add when someone clicks a link on the site and go to the links page to. What is this called double action? <- like that i made it up lol.

Other than google adsense, you can try out chitika, adbrite, clicksor etc. And you can also check out clickbooth or mediatrust, they have lots of cpc campaigns as well.
