by xaxistech 42 replies
I wonder this alot... how much do other marketers earn. Also, how stable is that income.

When replying, please use this format to make it easier
Code:
Type of Marketing (CPA, affiliate sales, Adsense, ect.):
Type of advertising/traffic you use (CPC, CPV, SEO):
Companies you use (Facebook, YouTube, Bing)
Current Daily Profit:
Current money spent on advertising/outsourcing daily:
Current monthly profit:
Current money spent on advertising/outsourcing monthly:
How long (months) you have been earning AT LEAST 50% of your current income:
You don't have to provide all information if you don't want, but all you provide will give confidence and ideas to newbies.

Also, provide any advise or tips to newbies!

    I'll start it off!

Type of Marketing (CPA, affiliate sales, Adsense, ect.): CPA
Type of advertising/traffic you use (CPC, CPV, SEO): CPC and Video
Companies you use (Facebook, YouTube, Bing): Facebook, YouTube, and Adwords
    Current Daily Profit: $200
Current money spent on advertising/outsourcing daily: $150
    Current monthly profit: $5800
Current money spent on advertising/outsourcing monthly: $4300
How long (months) you have been earning AT LEAST 50% of your current income: 3 months

Tips: Keep going for one advertising METHOD. Some companies work better than others, but don't give up on your first failure. In CPC and other paid methods 99% of the time you WILL lose money.

That is not negative 650 if you notice the previous questions says profit not revenue.

Profit is how much you have left over after costs

        profit = revenue - expenses

Well the thread doesn't really explain whether the profit question is net or gross...so I kinda agree with him that some of these people could be losing money or making very little net profit.

(but any net profit is good profit)

P.S. the original poster isn't forcing anybody to answer the question, I feel it's relatively innocent and could (potentially) be a great motivator to newbies or people on their last leg and I wholeheartedly applaud anyone who answered truthfully.

Gross Profit = Sales Revenue - Specific Costs

Net Profit = Total Profit or Pretax Profit - Overhead costs

Being this is specific to what's ever type of promotion he said and minus it's specific costs that would be 450 dollars profit a day.

but with that said touché my friend touché We are just having some fun

OP when you say internet marketing would an online business selling physical product count?

Or is this more about affiliate links, ebooks etc?

Side note, wow amazing how much is spent on advertising, not saying it is good or bad just didn't realize how much was involved.
