All you need to do now is ...

Try to evaluate and analyze your PPV/CPV experiences so far.
Try to identify what has worked and what hasn't.

Check what you have done in your testing and analyze everything so as to identify the strongest points that helped you make money . Once you identify what really works, then everything would be all about scaling and replication .

I don't promote adsense on my websites, I have tested adsense and it takes ages before you can get a check from them cause they don't use paypal. If you want to promote such ads just go to chitika I see them much better than google adsense and their ads looks better on the site.

I would try competing in a few less competitive niches first before you step into the fierce ring of MMO sites. I waited until today to start my site and I have been earning close to or over $10 000 a month for a while now.

You right its high competition, But the good news that my website with 3 months age already in the 17th place in google 12th on bing 11th on yahoo. So with little more effort and backlinks it will be in the 1st page. I am competing website that have been around for more than 5 years

Hi John,
I use domain forward with a free tool as Dot.tk. You can forward your your campaign link to any available new domain.

I can say that all this networks converted same way, but Microsoft is the best. It's always depend on your bidding. So if you have a low bid you will get bad traffic. For example if you use the lowest bid coast you may get traffic from 404 error pages and you don't want that. The cheapest network is Adhitz because you can start with a budget as low as $2 to start promoting your campaign with $0.03 per click and that's not a rule also. It could be $0.07 per click depends on impressions and CTR etc.
Bidding on keywords with Microsoft, 7search and POF could go wild sometimes for some keywords so you need to test and test again many times.
