Two Quick Questions, Please

I was going through CPA offers; when I selected one, I was given this list as restricted means of promotion:
NO Incent, NO Craigslist, NO Twitter,NO Search PPC, NO Social PPC, NO Co-Registration, NO Banner Display, NO PPV/CPV, NO Contextual, NO Brokering

Question: How am I supposed to promote the offer, then?

Again, when an offer has CR of 0.00% and EPC 0.00%, what does it mean. Should I still try and promote the offer?

This is my first time with CPA. I need pointers please.

Thanks

So mush restriction . I haven't seen an offer which so much restrictions like this .

Anyways , you can use SEO and other free traffic sources such as article and forum marketing.

No Contextual Links. Anyway, the only thing allowed is email marketing. If I don't have a list...

You may try a different CPA network (check offervault to see which network has the same CPA offer), or contact your AM directly

You may promote this offer by email list so if you have members in you newsletter or site or even your own list you can send them information about the offer and your campaign link.
Regarding the CTR its important when your start promoting your offer with CPC and PPV etc.. You CTR should be similar to this one .
    Hope that helps

Perhaps with seo, article marketing and techniques like that?

It might just mean no one has tried the offer yet, but you should really ask your am to be sure

Talk to your AM first, he'll guide you much better...
Secondly you should try signing up with some other CPA networks with better offers and with more promoting options..

actually some offers have their limitation and restrictions imposed by advertiser with regards to source of traffic , some offers allow traffic from all the european countries ,some just restrict to us only ..try to opt for best convertible offers according to source of traffic .else you can do organic seo , ppc and article marketing .
