Here is my story with google display urls and destination urls, Everytime I tried to set a destination url that don't match the display url my ad wont be approved. Do that many times and you will be warned! Why? I don't know its not free to review your ads anyway.
So what if you make your destination url same as your display url with only http:// added to the display ulr, You will be approved hallelujah.

Hold on a sec, Do you have banners on this page?? Do you promote CPA offers on your website or you give backlinks to some other sites? OK, in this case your page is a bridge site and your ad will stop running in 2 days.

Then you should try to be smart and create a landing page that will be rejected 90% and if your ad have a restriction for USA only and the Sir that are sitting in Ireland will test your landing page and see the message you are not authorized to view this page he is going to lose his mind and definitely terminate your account if the ad has popups when he close the page. Or even better, He would blacklist your site.
