I have the leads, can I do this?

Ok, so through my work have a ton of leads for a few particular products. Lets say for instance, the credit niche. Through work, i have leads that have expressed interest in receiving a call or special offer or something. So, if i already have this information, can I go to some offers landing page and enter these peoples information and get paid on it? How do these publishers (is that the right word) or different networks. How do they track this sort of thing?

Is this something that could work? Its very simple, but never have done this kind of stuff before so will prob. need a little guidance.

Also, not real big on using my real name since I am using work leads and they prob. would never know, but would like my real name kept out of it with affiliate managers and such. Is that possible? I could just have checks or something sent to a company that I would have a company checking account for.

You would need to goto the merchants directly and see if they are interesting in buying these

OK, by merchants, who are you talking about?

But if say someone that submits their name, email, phone, etc and I get paid for it and it is a customer that does for in this cost per action deal, can they track the ip or anything to see where it came from? For instance, if someone from California signed up, can they tell if someone from Idaho submitted the info?

Why are you thinking you are allowed to fill those offers in their behalf?

Because it applys to them. Most will have no problem being contacted at all. They will actually be average to above average leads.

I am not an internet marketer, I am like almost everyone that reads this stuff, just someone looking to make money.

This is too simple. What am i missing? Let me put it in some of your guys terms.....If I had a "list", why cant you submit that "list" info. into different cpa offers and get paid pr lead? Not saying I am right but I want to be proven that I can not do this.

Look, if CPa networks find that you are doing so they will ban you immediately. Why? Because they do not want fake leads. It does not mean that your keads are fake but they will think that you are doing fraud thing since your traffic came from same IP. Networks are very sensitive on two kinds of traffic: 1) same IP 2)Proxy. Make sure never do that.

As said above, you can simply sell the list to the merchants that are interested. Find them by looking around and contact them over the phone or by email.

You can't fill the forms by your self .

The best option is to contact the advertisers or merchants and ask them if they are interested to buy the leads .

for the ethical side of things what you could do is:

    1. create an email list with your subscribers (GloboMailer.com for FREE)
    2. sign up with any CPA Network (BloggingClicks.com PPC + CPA)
    3. find offers that are related to your audience
    4. promote offers to your list
and bank the money. as long they are really interested on the offers you send them via email you want have a problem converting your list to CA$H

So it might be best to tell the lead they have to go to "such and such" and complete offer? That could work.

when you say sell to the merchant, I am not sure what you mean by this. Who is the merchant? I am new to these kind of words.
