CPA for Cost Per Action

Money making model where you are paid for referring a visitor who takes an action on a webpage. Actions are generally filling of forms of different types (surveys,newsletters,zip submits,etc.

Generally, it's always not a good start point for newbies. First, you have to battle to get accepted on CPA networks and secondly you may not know where to promote your CPA offers.

I'm not CPA guru so I may not be able to give more help.

There are tons of individual companies out there that would love to get traffic on a CPA basis to their affiliate program ... I know that affiliate networks tend to start rejecting people from offers after a while if they have low traffic, but many companies would love to have smaller affiliates on board even if they are only sending a sale here and there. If you're having trouble with the big CPA networks try working with companies' affiliate programs directly.

Hey there,

Well CPA is actually a form of affiliate marketing in itself and personally my favourite way to make money online.

With traditional Cost Per Sale marketing, you are generally promoting yours or someone else's product and are trying to convince a viewer to part with their cold hard cash.

Whereas with CPA marketing, you are paid everytime the viewer performs an "action" hence Cost Per Action. This can be something as simple as submitting an email address, or requesting frther information about a course/loan/product etc.

You are paid everytime you are able to generate a lead for the advertiser. So long as you can present an offer to targeted viewers then it can be extremely lucrative.

You're definitely in the right place and this part of the forum will put you on the right path.

If ever in doubt or confused about anything then simply ask, there are many experienced CPA marketers that will give you solid real world advice

CPA just stands for Cost Per Action - people direct traffic to these offers and if someone completes them they get paid

  Keep in mind that CPA is a traffic monetization strategy. Traffic is the hard part...CPA is just a great way to convert that traffic into money!!
