Build LP or direct link ?

I am planing to create ppc campaigns on 7search and wondering what is better. Build landing page and instal traffic regenerator or simply link directly?
If for example 80% will go from landing page to offer and than 20% will sign so from 100 people I will have 16 people sign in, so rest 20% who will not go to offer will be regenerating and 10% from 80 people who not like the offer and not sign in will also be regenerting . Calculating: With landing page and with traffic regenerator I will get 24 people who sign in , And if I use direct linking I will get 20 people sign in.
