There are a ton of them out there that will pay you for CPC/CPM. If you have a really nice site, that is, well designed and great content, I'd personally go with buysellads.com This is a GREAT network and will pay you for both CPC and CPM depending on what you choose. Hope this helps!

You could try adbrite. Either way though, Kontera is a good network that can run alongside or standalone. It's the one with the underlines that expand when you hover your mouse over them.

The best alternative is to stick an iframe/php from where you adblocks are to collect leads for mainstream products (i.e. life, health insurance, loans, debt). You get paid for each form submit but its a lot more than just a measly few cents per click.

Much better way to monetize your traffic.

I was also looking for extra revenues - I am in LinkedIn so there was an affiliate that proposed me a toolbar. At the beginning, I thought is really ****ty, but now I think is okay (I am using Conduit toolbar, but soon I will change with Clubfinity (never heard before)- they offered me more money
