I'm thinking I should either build a site using a co.cc domain and getting traffic to the blog of that domain or I should build a facebook fan page what do you guys think?

    That is great idea but with using co.cc you will not get traffic from Google since that domain already marked as Spam. And rather than post your offer in your fan page, it will be better if you just gather fan email address and email your offer.
