CPALead postback script for advanced users

I'm trying to have my postback.php a little bit more complicated than what CPALead giving us.
Let's discuss a about rewarding guests!
There's an option within the widget admin to have the user enter his email address right after completing his survey. I wish to catch this email using the postback, the subid is not for this - I guess... This way when the information about the survey completion is returning to my site, I'll also know the details of the user in term of email address.
