Is there any web based free url scrapers for CPV campaigns? I don't want anything I have to install on a server. I am also willing to pay if the tool is worth it.

There is no free url scrapers right now I think.
CPVDEN had one free tool but it is not working now a days.

If you are looking for paid option then go for Affportal.

Affportal.com & Affexpert.com both have URL scraper. But i personally recommend using Quantcast, Google, Google ad planner, Compete etc to do all research and pick URLs manually.

I use scrapebox, but I also recommend doing it manually as most of the links it generates receive or little traffic anyways. I would rather manually pick a few high traffic and relevant sites.

I use the tools at affportal, I find these tools produce the best results.
