Getting back into AdCenter

Hey guys.

So i got banned by both AdWords and AdCenter within the first month of my CPA experience (because i was a bit of an idiot). I know that it's nearly impossible to set up another AdWords account for the same name (if i'm wrong, please teach me how), but what about AdCenter? I lost my account about 2 months ago and I'd like to try and open another one. Are they gonna easily track me down and ban me or what? How should I go about this?

    We can see both google adwords and msn adcenter are getting sticker with qc guidelines. If you are new to CPA, I personally would suggest you go with POF Ads or 7search: extremely affiliate friendly, less restrictions on the types of offers you can promote, ad approvals are pretty easy if you read their terms well, allow direct linking etc...

      Yeah, i wish i realized that when i was just starting out. But what's done is done, so now i need to find a way to get back into AdCenter and AdWords
