Lets say I want to promote international dating on Lead Impact

1. Ok so I choose the country, and avoid the USA and Canada
Got that one

2. Next is, Am I choosing countries then translating the LP?. What if I dont use a LP, then I am left with only countries that speak English , right? Or do some CPA programs offer dating pages in other languages?

Bit confused on how the whole thing works

Hi outwest, some CPA dating offers comes in non-English languages and best to translate your LP accordingly for better results. Check out the Google translation services.

Also use a landing page than direct link. Some CPA offers do not fit within the LeadImpact 800x600 window. You can further rotate offers through LPs to see which converts better.

    All the best.

I absolutely must disagree with using Google to translate.

Think of what it would be like to put your ad copy through an article spinner. That's about what you'll get from using Google Translate (or any digital translator for that matter.)

Outwest, you've got the right idea with outsourcing. Native speakers of any widely spoken language can be found for super cheap.

English is widely spoken in the Philippines, at least by the internet using crowd. This is true for many countries, but not all of them.

Using a proxy to do some surfing is the best way to see if English ads are being served in a country. If you see English ads, go ahead and test some of your own. I you don't see any at all, you'll likely need to get things translated.

What the poster said above me is true. LeadImpact and TrafficVance don't go off the beaten path internationally.

Test English, test native language, test this offer, test that offer, test different landing pages. Then once you find a winner, scale and repeat.

but sending English offer to lets say Vietnam, or other traditionally non english countries, works?

translation is easy and cheap but if I have a translated LP, then what happens when they click to the offer which is NOT translated

Ideally it would be in the language of the country you're targeting. A lot of offers have pages specifically for different countries so check with your AM. Sometimes English offer pages can work, depending on what country it is.

I think it's totally up to you to be honest, I normally like to start off in English and depending on the success have the lp translated to other languages (based on what's available for the niche in terms of offers)

So you see enough volume in Non-English language countries that it is worthwhile to get a translation? Which countries on LeadImpact have non-English language users?
