      Bing and Yahoo are the same thing.. and you can get away with direct linking there, but don't even try with Google..

    Facebook and Adwords though I find Facebook is getting more expensive these days. Other options to consider include PPV and Media Buys. Also depends on the type of offers you are promoting etc.

    Google's Adwords is the bets source for quality and bulk traffic. However, as a first step you could begine with Adcenter(MSN) or 7search since working with them is easier for those who are new to PPC. Once you are proficient in the use of PPC you can start with Adwords as well.
