believe me the info on the free forums in no way compares to the quality and depth of info on the paid forums
the real pros wont reveal a lot of their tricks on the free forums, they simply dont want the info on a public forum. On paid forums the case studies alone are worth the price of admission. No way will you see those on the free forums.

@outwest i partly agree with you,but those paid forums still won't reveal every secret for you. That is the truth. Good luck

I wouldn't invest in any membership sites that promise to teach you IM, to be honest. I've owned a few of those forums myself and they are all about pumping in money, nobody at the top actually cares about teaching people their secrets.

You will see some unique information that may inspire you to come up with a good idea, however their key moneymakers will not be revealed to you. Owners of these forums typically make majority of their money from new forums subscriptions, that's a secret right there.

I mean, there will be a few helpful tools and a bunch of people willing to help you, but you can get that for free from numerous places. These types of forums are for the naive, to be quite honest. Don't become prey to people like me.

This forum is no good. But it used to be. Btw...you would find tons of valuable info in the war room over here. Or you can join affplaybook. They are also worthy to be paid.

How can you know that without being a member?

Personally I totally have to disagree with that. the Warroom is mainly just free wso's, where most actual paid forums(like affplaybook etc) feature case studies, campaign help, great communities and more.

war room? first of all its not directly PPV PPC CPA focused

I can't speak for the others but this is the problem. If you're joining to learn "secrets", you're in the completely wrong mindset. There are no secrets. I repeat there are NO secrets. People THINK there are secrets because there must be right? How can a guy make $1,000 per day unless he's doing some secret way? Easy, he's outworked you and everyone else. He's not doing anything secret, he's executing his plan. If you saw what half the guys are truely doing you'd be shocked. It's all basic stuff BUT I guess the secret is they do it on a grand scale and don't quit at the first sign of trouble.

Sure there are exceptions like the guys who did flogs pushing **** berries back in the day. Most of those guys are now gone because the FTC fined them into the stone age.

Again, can't speak for other sites, but that's not true at all. I'm partners with Chad Hamzeh in Sixmonthsfromtoday.com and we reveal a lot of our moneymakers. We also reveal the secret, work your ass off or quit and buy the next shiny object that comes along. I love how people assume things though, especially about where forum owners earn their money. Unless you're their accountant, it's just your opinion nothing more, nothing less.

Yikes, you're apparently scarred in some way from a bad experience somewhere? You cannot and never will get the support and coaching from a free forum. Never. Not even close. Paid forums are for people who want support, mentoring, guidance, ideas and a community of like minded individuals who are all on the same page. Free forums do NOT provide that. Free forums are a meeting place for people of all types. YOu will get misinformation by the bucket load on free forums. You will get people trying to throw you off their niche on free forums because they don't want you competing with them. They're great to socialize on and take a break from real work, but that's an apples to oranges comparison.

Affplaybook is good. I remember when David joined my ppvcoach site a long time ago, he's a fast learner and has transformed that site from stricly ppv to everything nicely.

My site seems to be loading ok on my end, is it still down for you?

Those are both good forums. Forums seem to move in cycles. One moment one is hot, the next it's not. The real test of a good forum is how long it lasts imho. There was a huge influx of paid forums in the past year, some will stand the test of time, others will flounder as their owners move onto other projects. I think I'm qualified to speak on this having one of the oldest ones out there. (It is also amusing to watch some forum owners who absolutely slammed paid forums years ago, now opening their own).

But don't join any forum unless you're serious about putting in the effort necessary to succeed. If you join a forum to read some case studies of things that worked 2 years ago and then try to blindly copy them, you'll never get anywhere. BUT if you take a case study and apply your own spin to it or a different product, now you're cooking with gasoline.

Paid forums don't offer any secrets. That was my whole point though. They offer communities that are a bit more private then open free forums and I know that work as I've seen almost 500 success stories from one of mine.

Hey Will, how are you? long time no speak.

What are your thoughts on The Affiliate Marketing School as a free forum? I seem to remember them providing you with support, mentoring, guidance, ideas and a community of like minded individuals

Affplaybook ($67/month), Stack That Money ($99/month), IMGrind ($67/month) and Six Months From Today (cheaper monthly fee, and offer $4.95 Trial For 14 Days). I've been a member of all these 4 paid forums, either one would be beneficial IMO.

I'm actually very interested in paying the $99 to get into Stack That Money, but is it honestly worth it? Will I enter the forum and find out information about which campaigns to run with and how to promote them? Or will I be disappointed?

Does PPC Coach still come with the Social Ads tool? Or was that another forum? I remember seeing a video about it a few months ago.

Or are there already (better) alternatives to the Social Ads tool?

Why do you guys insist on making THEM rich?

Been a member of every paid forum out there, there is nothing on there you can't find here for free. Hint: Search

You really think someone is going to give you the blueprint to knock them off a $xx,xxx+++ a month campaign for a measly $50?

They're certainly not for everyone. I can't speak for other sites, but mine is not a blueprint in any way, shape or form. It's coaching for guys that want a mentor.

I think the other ones are more along the lines of "here's 100 different case studies, pick one and have fun making it work."

Coaching is cool, long as the students are accountable. Just dont take their money, show them some old campaigns and relax.

Case studies are cool. Even if it's outdated, you can still pick new ideas on it. Just don't follow the whole campaign. When I join AffPlaybook, I pick up 1 case study and get ideas from it. I put in my mind that if he can do it, why can't I? I'm not a newbie, I have money to invest and I'm an action taker. So I use the case study as my goal, I applied the ideas on my campaign and didn't just copy it.

Case study doesn't mean you need to follow the exact campaign. And this is one of the reason why I joined AffPlaybook. The tools, success stories, motivation and etc are all worth it. IMGrind and StackThatMoney are also great too
