Landing page on free website

I'm a newbie in the CPA marketing. Could the more experience members please answer my question:
Can you make a landing page for CPA offers on a free website such as blogger and similar?

    You can, but how would your visitor think about your site?

    Not sure what you mean but how is it even possible to get a landing page on blogger ? it's supposed to be blog entries only ..

    If what you mean is free hosting, I guess it's possible, but they often insert their own advertising in a frame or something like that, wich will lower your conversion rates.

    If you're serious about this you should probably considering investing a few bucks in some hosting, there are a lot that are very affordable.

      Landing page is where you landed a page, it called as it named. He intend to deliver his traffic to blogger I think.

    You might be able to, but you shouldn't..
    If your at all serious about making it in this business, spend the little bit of money on a domain and hosting
