Questions on CPA landing pages

hey everyone I have two questions for the community

1: Does anyone know any good WordPress themes or any particular software that would allow me to create landing pages for offers quickly?

I am looking to set up front and back end landing pages so that I can get users to sign up for my newsletter before sending them to the CPA offer

2: Can you please help guide me on how to implement Geo targeting so that I can embed it on landing pages within the content?

    I recommend using very simple landing pages for opt-ins. A catchy title, capitalized, and bold. Maybe a small subtitle. An arrow. And an email only opt-in box.

    You can even do this with an Aweber form. But I use a simple template and use the Aweber form for the email opt-in. There are many free templates available.

    I use my personal coders to do that for me. I am working for many CPA networks so i need them regularly that's why i have kept a team to do that for me.
