Can anyone recommend this kind of CPA network?

I don't know of any other networks that will pay weekly with $100 minimums. Perhaps reach out to networks like Ewa, c2m, a4d and see if they can help.

Yeahcpa is a good CPA network to join and they have good Affiliate managers who responses to emails, chat at anytime and also pays weekly and on time. With a $100 minimum payout. I love this Network

Ewa offers weekly payments for US citizens with just $50 threshold. You can try them if you are form US orelse there are few other networks which can pay you weekly if you can give them a valid reason why you need weekly payments.

Clickbank has a minimum threshold of $10 - you can request payment when you pass $10. There are many diet info-products available - you can see the "gravity" of a product, see how many affiliates have made sales on that product in the last month, what the refund rate is etc. etc. There are people you can contact directly at ClickBank who will let you know what products in which nieche have been most successful. If you need a pixel placed, or details about ad placements, then you have to get in contact with the vendor - once you have that connection, don't be afraid to ask for bonuses. Most vendors have thresholds they ask affiliates to meet - then they will give you $1-$5 for each initial sale you make. PLUS if the user you send the vendor makes more purchases after the fact, you'll receive commission on those too.

I already promote on clickbank. The problem I have with them is the time between a sale and receiving the money is 2 weeks. (And yes, I'm on the weekly plan)
