CJ.com has deactivated my account for no some unknown reason, heres what they state:

This Agreement shall commence upon Your indication that You have accepted this Agreement by providing the required information and ‘clicking through' the acceptance button on the CJ Web site and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon 15 days notice. This Agreement may be terminated immediately upon notice for Your breach of this Agreement. Your Account may be deactivated and/or Payouts may be withheld during investigation of breach of this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated based upon Your breach, You shall not be eligible to enter into a new click-through Publisher Service Agreement with CJ, and any attempt to do so shall be null and void.

I have a coupon site running and I need their merchants to offer and grab the coupons and offers that they have. I have emailed them many times, requested a reconsideration but its been more then a week and they're so slow on response. When I call they say that "quality team" can only be reached through email. Looks like I have no way out, any wise suggestions?

C J is one of the leading affiliate marketing company. And they are too much strict about there TOS. You have definitely done something wrong dude
The main problem is that we do something wrong but we also don't know about them
Actually After getting disabled by networks its kind of impossible to get activated
So my suggestion is to start a new account in some other networks.

You could try calling them and speak to someone there. Explain to them that you were aware of what went wrong and it will never happen again. Worth a try.

Yes, call them don't use email. It's easier to convince people through phone call then email.
Explain your situation in DETAIL. Short quick explanation won't help. Also, they will know that you are serious want to have your account back, so they could take your issue more seriously.

If the phone call still can't get your account back, just move on to other networks. There's a lot of network out there, which has better offers than CJ.

Like other wise warrior I also think phone call will be more effective than email. You will get extra benefit calling them. If you have only emailing option then write every thing for making your situation clear to them. Hope they will understand your problem.

the quality team doesn't have a phone number to contact, they dont' reply to my emails, so I don't know what to do. Is there another network that offers all of the merchants as CJ does?

You can either call them and ask them to reconsider, or just move on to another network
