Incentive sites Available for rent?

Hello Guys,

I own a Network of Incentive sites at www.santasgiftsallyear.com. My network is custom programmed to allow individuals to manage their own site.

I am currently "leasing" out only 10 of my subdomains. These are the available sites:

accounts.santasgiftsallyear.com
ipods.santasgiftsallyear.com
cameras.santasgiftsallyear.com
golf.santasgiftsallyear.com
ps3.santasgiftsallyear.com
desktops.santasgiftsallyear.com
visagifts.santasgiftsallyear.com

diy.santasgiftsallyear.com


You will have your own admin panel, your own subdomain, and the ability to make a lot of Money.

Here's how it will work. If you want to run your own site, you can lease one from me for only $15/month. You would be spending more on hosting and a domain, let alone a nice design and the actual script. Plus if you lease from me, you will have your site almost instantly. Due to the time and effort it will take for me to set up your admin panel and personal email, I will require that you prepay for 2 months. This means you will have to pay $30 up front. This is still a heck of a deal if you consider how much it would cost to start your own. Scripts cost up to $350 plus domain and hosting, plus design.

The best part about this deal is that you will keep 100% of the profits. i will not keep anything for myself. THe more time and energy you put in to advertising and promoting your site will only benefit you. The best part about this is you can end our working relationship whenever you want. There are no contracts for you to sign.

If you are interested, just reply here with the subdomain you want and then I will send you a PM with more details. It's first come, first served, unless you are willing to pay a little more for a specific domain you want.

And just so you all know, I am not a newbie nor am I inexperienced in running incentive sites. I ran an incentive site, called fastrewardz.com, for a year and a half and grossed over $186k and netted over $120k. If you lease a site from me, I will personally assist you with any questions you might have.

Oh, one more thing, I have an eBook that shows every step, in detail, on how to make a lot of money with your own personal incentive site. It reveals a lot of the methods I used when I created and ran fastrewardz.com. Yes, the same methods used to earn $186k in a year and a half. I will give this ebook to those that lease a site from me.

Who said you need to take big risks to make big money? There is no risk at all. Believe me, you dont want to pass on this opportunity.

      Do you furnish a list of the CPA networks that you developed these for. I noticed that you used some different ones that I am already a member of.

      And...any clue on the acceptance turn around or will you give access to your AM for speedy acceptance. Hopefully this won't be a problem since it is hosted on your domain.

      thats a very good question. The only reason I got rid of it was because I was careless and there was some fraud that occured on the site and a lot of the advertisers stopped allowing sites to incentivze their offers with cash. Thats why most of my subdomains are incentivized with prizes, not cash. And thats why I am the only one that will run the cash subdomain.

      Ive learned my lesson to be more careful with my fraud protection

    Not sure why would anybody want to pay and work on driving traffic to a site which belongs to someone else. Whats the kind of traffic you get blue19? how is your site ranking in search engines? and i see user needs to register also so that data we get or it remains with you and if we get then i am sure you also get the data of our user, so we do all the hard work of driving traffic and also pay you and help you build a database and site traffic..pretty intelligent stuff..

      Haha, I dont know if you are familiar with building and running incentive sites. But it takes quite a bit of money to buy a script or hire a programmer for a custom one; let alone the design, hosting, and other programming efforts. This is a great opportunity for anyone that wants to run an incentive site but doesnt have the cash to do it. The person will keep all profits and only have to pay a small monthly payment.

      Also, it is advantageous for a person to rent from me because they are also benefiting from others' advertising efforts.

      This is a great deal. Dont let it pass you up.

      The only 2 pre-made subdomains are golf.santasgiftsallyear.com and giftcards.santasgiftsallyear.com. The giftcards site will need a different banner up top. This will be changed upon the request of the new renter.

      if you dont like either of those 2, you can always request a custom subdomain.

    hmmm I saw your post on dp also and im a bit confused how many of these subdomains you planning on renting seems like from your post you said it would be very few that would be rented but you obviously renting a lot of subdomains I dont know about this ....doesnt sound good at all

    I have also been doing incentive sites for a while and never heard of anything like this ever I cant see what value this is to people promoting for you and how long can they rent the site once the site is promoted good will you then take ownership of the site after they have did all the hard work

    nothing about this sounds good basically I would do research before i get involved with this im serious... and i also thought selling was only for wso or classfied section

    A incentized site is not that much money to build heck I have seen free scripts available on some sites and you just pick a cpa network I mean don't see what the value of this is at all im sorry this rub me in the wrong way you can easily get your site up and running for no more then 150 or less and you will own the site and not have to rent for who knows how long and probably after a while you will take over the ownership once that did the hard work

    seems like it will benifit some newbie that knows nothing thats about it thats my opinion
