Anyone know why Bing ads don't show up?

How long does it take you guys to have your ad campaigns off and running from when you create them?

Its been days for me... very strange, waiting on a reasonable response from adcenter staff.

    My ads start running immediately if they don't require approval from adcenter staff... if your ads are not under review try increasing bids and also do check quality score

      Check both your keywords and ads, if they are active try increasing your bids like KJ said.

      If you have active keywords but your ads are "pending editorial review" you can try writing more ads with different wording (changing any words they might find sensitive).

      I agree with KJ, my ads run immediately unless they go to a staff review. I've waited anywhere between a few hours to a week to have ads reviewed.

    Thanks for the response. Just goes to show that their live reps don't really know what they are talking about, I was told that I needed to wait 24 hours for new ads to be approved. Now I know that is only the case if it is sent for review, mine however just reads - "Approved. Limited" and doesn't give any extra info, I am pretty certain something is wrong with my account which needs to be looked into.

    If it's a new account and everything is above board I wouldn't worry about it. Adcenter gets easier to deal with when your account has a good history.

    Call em up, you may not have been approved yet. Same thing happens with Google but its just routine, they usually screen new accounts/campaigns ... but if you call em up and talk to the, they should switch it on quite quickly.

    If u are running a new account .maybe its up for approval..just contact the customer care dept..they do have online support on adcenter ..try that..

    Just check if your ad campaigns & keywords are active...if not then they must be awaiting editorial reviews..

    I should have mentioned, the account is quite old, was created in 2011 and has run campaigns successfully before. I have had one of the support staff escalate the account for further inspection - but that is expected to take a while and I am rapidly losing patience.

      Same here! I kept logging back in to see if there was a step I missed. It all just said 'Active' and 'Eligible', but no traffic statistics. I just checked and I am finally seeing some traffic, so I can confirm the "about 24 hours" experience. Stood the campaign and ads up yesterday, they went live today, exactly a day later.

    Good chance your account has been flagged. If so, good luck. I've been going back and forth with support for over 2 weeks after having 10+ ads running just fine - then suddenly getting no traffic. Huge hassle. But you need to contact a support rep and see what's going on.
