Hi guys i have blog and i have just 0,3% click rate so i have to change my template..please help me with ads position

    To your question: The site looks kind of over-loaded with ads. From what it seems you are using both AdSense and private affiliate programs on your site. I would personally keep the channels separate.

    If you're doing SEO, avoid having ads above the fold, which you do have as of now. That's a big no-no after the Penguin update.

    Also, your ads seem to be unrelated to the topic of your site. You're basically linking to marketing-related sites, whereas your site is about self-help, self-discipline, motivation and that kind of stuff. No wonder the CTRs stink.

    Just a heads up the site loaded very slow for me.

    Maybe that could be the issue? or mabye its just my internet right now.
