To be honest if you have got legit traffic every CPA Network will accept you just you will have to prove them that you know what you are talking about

Why are you looking for the easiest one to get in? There are so much networks that can scam you so you better go with the most trusted ones instead of the easiest to get in ones.

If you have legitimate traffic then there is no reason to look for a network that's easy to get into.

You can look up Samrath Gupta on the forum who is the Affiliate Manager for CWinter Media which has some good offers. He is usually online most of the time and will get you immediate approval.

The thing is if you have steady and legit traffic, any CPA network will have no trouble accepting you. If i may suggest, you should try out EWA networks or peerfly.

I know PeerFly is quite easy to get in, along with Epom Market. Epom guys are new to the market and very careful with potential clients, approve was super quick, less than 2 hours

and As I know when you are filling registration blank on cpa network they are asking my domain and traffic source, what if I want to use new domain with their landing page and depending on offers use some social traffic or something like that? What Should I tell them ? Whould like to see answers from network owners like peerfly

I think there is no easiest or hardest.
Please realize that what makes you accepted or rejected into any CPA network is all about your profile. If you can not convince account manager to approve you, then how can they accept you ?

The easiest way I think prepare your profile first before filling in any information in the registration form, and convincing the account manager with some notes.

Peerfly are easy to get into and pretty responsive in the support area.

Maxbounty are also very good. If you apply then as soon as you get the confirmation email with you id number give them a phone call you will be approved pretty much instantly.

my take is basically the same as what everyone else is saying: peerfly, maxbounty, you can try neverblue too. the fastest way to get approved is to call them up, just make sure you know what you're talking about (or at least sound like it :p)

Everyone keeps talking about steady traffic and whatnot. But I hear about people doing CPA offers on facebook...so why does it require a website? I mean peerfly required me to put my website in, even though I don't intend on advertising on it.

I intend on getting my traffic from PPC facebook...

i would say CPA WAY, maxbounty and peerfly. They all are easy to get into, signup for the application and then contact the network on the phone and you are done
