MSN AdCenter vouchers - how to use ?!

hey guys
i bought from fiverr 15x$25 vouchers!
i registrated then a new account with an us adress.
but i need to register a credit card to use the voucher
i took data from fakenamegenerator.com
and he has a visa card but i think the Pin is wrong everything else is correct.
what can i do? is there any possible to use them without a CC ?
i would really like to start advertising

    This Generator displays random Fake dummy data

    nothing else, even ZIP codes doesn't much.

    And by the way since you already

    screwed and submit fake address, your account going to be shut down ones

    you apply Credit Card and voucher, and you will not be able to open another

    one from that PC again.. Good luck playing..

    Honestly, why would you use fake information. If you get caught and they find out (which they will), your account will be banned without a second thought.

      Because i dont live in the US!
      I live in Germany. I think vouchers doesn't work outside the US?
      The moron from fiverr didnt't tell me that!
      Should i try with my real data?

      edit: i cant use paypal on my own account , and i dont have a CC ...

    You will probably only be able to one.. once you started talking about fake names/addresses you kind of went into the wrong direction.. please come back to the light side and stop this unethical stuff
