Peerfly CPA Banner Approval And Creation

I recently tried to get a banner approved by peerfly and it didn't work out. I really didn't even get a response from peerfly as to why it didn't get approved but I am more then certain I did something wrong in the process. Can anyone who has gone through the banner approval process with peerfly give me insight on how to set up my own banner to get it approved?

I think one mistake I made with my peerfly banner approval was not attaching code to my banner so it will redirect like peerfly has on the site. All I submitted was a picture of my banner thinking that would be enough but I found out I need some coding done too. I searched the forum and found a code for doing just that but don't know if it is what I need.

Is this the code I need for banner creation?
