CJ pay per call Any ideas ???

Does anyone have experience with National Addiction Helpline on CJ pay per call, I applied, got approved sent 5 calls after approval. Does anyone know how we can scale up the calls as they seem to be pretty easy to make money with.
Let me know if anyone has an idea on how we can get more calls. The pay out is $12 for a 3min and some secs

    RADIO RADIO RADIO! I know it is not internet marketing....but it is solid for CJ Pay Per Call.

    Two years ago, November 2010, I did a campaign for GetSTDTested and ran some funny radio spots with my numbers and a basic landing page. I paid $2500, but I had over 2100 calls that lasted 5 minutes or longer.

    It takes some upfront money, but the ROI was crazy.

    You can do admob ppc (pay per call ) option. You can input the phone number and pay via click on the ad. Once people click on the ad their phone directly dials for them and the call is going through.

    Test headlines to see the best conversions. As for radio, that probably wont really work anymore unless you have a huge targeted audience. I just dont see radio being something you try unless you have the budget to test.
