Anyone have recommendations for the best two or three CPA training programs for a newbie that will actually produce money with reasonable effort?

It's good to find a coach to guide you. You can simply send a PM to ask some people who are selling coaching program in WSO.

In my opinion i would suggest you go for wolf storm media. I have had good experience with them. They will provide you with proprietary training and even one on one assistance.

  I`d sya before looking into training programs first look into what traffic source is good for you and you are comfortable with after that find out people who are expert in their relative traffic source

I run a great/cheap advice blog geared around Plenty of Fish ads and PPV Networks.
