I need recommendation about DIRECTCPV and other network for local marketing

Hey everyone
I have a local company and i want to know which network do you think will be the best for me to use?
I know nothing about CPA so i would like to get some advices and recommendations about CPV (PPV) network and cpc (ppc) network.

Im not willing right now to invest more than 100$ for first sign up. And also- I just sign up to this network: directcpv, but didnt add money yet. Will be happy to read some recommendations.

Please remember that its have to be a marketing method or network that is suitable to use in LOCAL marketing.

    But from the ones that I already red, no one from these posts it specific about Local marketing.
    I do not need a general recommendation. i need to know about which are the best for locak marketing.
