thay decline , someone know
what thay cheak ?

if you are facing any problem then you can easily call them and ask them the reason.
Telling the things in Forums is not a good idea. You have to remember that these are really big community. Your simple post can harm their business.

  @OP. English skills have nothing to do with acceptance. Probably you were not able to communicate clearly to the neverblue guys. Try to call them and explain what you are trying to do. Or compose a detailed mail, get it proof-read by somebody ( I can do the proof-reading for you if you want, send me a pm) and then send to neverblue. Or use skype to get in touch with them.
  
  There are many non-english CPA marketers who are successful. Do not be discouraged. Just try another way to communicate. You will get approved.

what I experience is some network will want their affiliates to be more agressive. they like to chat with you on the phone.it's like if you want the approval come get it. so they filter out those who dont take action.
