When to ask for a pay bump?

So, I'm about to start promoting a new offer and I know I'll be running traffic to it, whether it converts or not is a different question.

What is the general consensus on when to ask my affiliate manager for a pay bump?

I'm usually open to a bump if I think it'll help make your campaign profitable. As long as you're driving solid traffic most AMs will do what they can to keep it up

If you are driving quality traffic, most networks are open to paybumps; especially so if you are driving alot of leads

  If your conversion rates are good & on higher side , networks wouldnt mind a paybump. Just talk to your AM after seeing some good traffic/conversion numbers.

  Well that's how i do i first run some traffic to offer and than ask my Affiliate Manager about my traffic quality weather its converting good for advertiser or not , If my AM is satisfied then i simply ask for pay bump In some cases i am not getting good ROI again i`d ask for pay bump to make my campaign profitable

Just as MTVida said, if you know for a fact that your traffic is going to be of good quality and you can have someone vouch for you i.e another network you might be able to ask for a pay bump before you start running it.
