  Before you make useless posts please know what you are talking about. You don't need a website to do many methods of marketing online. I didn't get what you were trying to achieve with that comment.
  
  As for the op of the thread, basically they just want to make sure you are a human person and also not a scam artist trying to get into their networks. I would suggest at least trying to understand a few marketing techniques such as SEO (Websites), PPV/CPC, Social (Facebook, POF etc...) and email marketing. There are others but this could be a good starting point.
  
  I recommend to answer their questions honestly, and don't worry about telling them you are fairly new to IM and that you'd like to push some traffic to some offers. For the most part, they are simply trying to keep the scammers out of their network so it's really not a big deal. Max Bounty is pretty easy to get into for starters. But I got into EWA, and PKM right away when I first started. So again, just be honest with them. Good luck!

you don't have to understand that what you have to say. you just have to answer some few questions and they may ask you why you think that you are good for this position.

you not need lie. just tell them you have good budget for promoting offers through PPC, PPV and Social network.
you can use your blog address as website(optional)
main reason for rejection is that applicant not provide proper information and not verified photo verification option. use driving license , college card or national id card for verification. upload clear photo which can show clear name, address and age according application form...

Just like what others have pointed out, honesty is the best way to get approved for a CPA, so just be honest. They'll know if you're just fooling around.
