Just explain your promotion plan in detail what exactly you will do . I am not surprised if they denied you for this because thousands of people on daily basis reply with same old answer ..... These few lines are enough to know how much serious a person is in promoting offers , SO always go in details and it is not always good to bunch of ad networks just use one which you actually are going to use

and then tell them whats your plan and how you will generate traffic from this source ,

I agree. Explain what you do and your methods of promoting. Having a website would really help in getting approved

Well at first you should make call to PeerFly and talk about why you're application been denied... Sometimes they just feel that you're fraud ( or you're blacklisted already ). Just call them and don't lie, if they acept to review your application again then say taht you're newbie and tell them how you are going to promote offers, why you gonna promote offers by X and Z traffic and bla bla bla.

You should contact Corey and find out why your application was denied. Although a website can help with your application approval, it will not hurt you if you do not have one. Get in touch with Corey and he'll let you know what we need from you to be approved.

To use the Google adword you at least need a landing page. without that you can't do that. So why not build a site then start this work seriously?

I applied at peerfly a long time ago and I got denied too. No reason either, I tried to apply again and it would not work because my phone number had already been used. Sort of a shame too because they could have made good money off me! I also tried to contact them with no response yet.

I have some questions about CPA. Please I need some response:
(a) Is RON an overall non-targeted traffic?
(b) What CPA offers worked best for you on RON
