Everyone has differing opinions but the general consensus is MaxBounty and Peerfly are good when you're starting out.

You just need to have a plan in place and show to them what you intend to do. How you intend to drive traffic and what sort of offers you are planning to promote. When you submit your application, pick up the phone and give them a call and often they will approve you on the spot.

There are lots of good threads about this in the forum, so have a read through them and get familiar. If you are prepared, you have a far better chance of getting in.

There are so many reputable networks to choose from. One that works for someone else might not work for you and visa versa. This is going to depend 100% on you and what your interested in running. I will say though, all of the networks that have been mentioned are not going to disappoint you. What are you looking to run?

Besides high payouts and the usual jargon, what are you looking for to consider being the best?

For instance, we do:

weekly offer guides - not just a paragraph long. Actual step by step guides.
We have a suite of mobile tools available to all affiliates
Daily newsletters with tips, tactics, strategies - not just offer updates.
Sometimes we pay our affiliate ad costs ourselves so they can concentrate on scaling.

Might want to work on your grammar first, a lot of networks are going to auto-reject you just based on that. Not your fault, they are just tired of dealing with shitheads.

Check their offers out and a lot of companies allow promotion in YouTube while others do not. PPC is usually generally accepted. This is very important for if you break the rules they can suspend you. Talk with a rep before joining.

This really depends on what you are looking for and the level of support you need.

As Ruck said, check payouts with Offersvault and oDigger, but I would also recommend Googling any network you are looking to join and spending 30 minutes understanding them, affiliates feedback on them and making sure they are reliable payers.

There is no best..

If you're looking for a reputable network that accepts newbies - I'd check out Peerfly, Maxbounty, Fluxads, they are good and reasonable..

Don't go for Peerfly , it really sucks IMO. Instead for CPATank/EWA/a4d/C2M/ClickDealer.

These are best. Forget Peerfly, don't join it.

Finding CPA Trend good.

My AM is always available on Skype, responds fast to emails, is helpful and they pay on time via PayPal which makes things easy for me. Payouts seem to be pretty good too - most times higher than I've seen elsewhere for the same offer.
